DEAD BLOCKS — Zombie Smash
The city fell. The blocks are crawling. You've got a pistol, a bad attitude, and a lot of zombies to get through.
Dead Blocks is a chunky, cartoon 3D zombie survival shooter that runs right in your browser — no download, no install, works on phones. Blast through 44 missions across five districts, or see how long you last in Endless.
Smash zombies your way Shoot 'em in the head for bonus damage, blow their arms off, take their legs out and watch them crawl after you anyway. Fifteen zombie types, from crawlers and hoppers to riot shields, chargers, the Butcher, and Mega Chunk himself.
Build your arsenal 25 weapons — pistols, shotguns, a chainsaw, a flamethrower, a railgun, a laser — plus mythic guns you can only win on the Lucky Wheel. Bolt on scopes, mags and grips that show up on the gun. Armor that changes your stats and your look.
Play together Up to 5-player co-op. Make a room, share a 4-letter code, and hold the block with your friends. Downed teammates come back when the wave is cleared.

Privacy Policy
What we store
Playing Dead Blocks does not require an account. Your progress is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, and nothing about it is sent to us.
If you choose to link a cloud save, we store:
- the username you pick (it is public — other players see it on leaderboards, in clans and in trades);
- your PIN, stored only as a one-way hash (we cannot read it or recover it for you);
- your game save (levels, coins, gems, weapons, settings, achievements), so it can follow you between devices;
- when you last played.
If you use co-op, your chosen display name and your game state are shared directly with the other players in your room while the match is running. Nothing from a co-op match is kept afterwards.
If you buy a gem pack, the payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us your cloud username, the email address you entered at checkout, the amount paid and a payment reference, which we keep as a purchase record so we can deliver the pack, handle refunds and answer disputes.
What we don't do
We don't use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics inside the game. We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to run the game: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments) and itch.io (the page the game is played on). Each of those has its own privacy policy.
Children
Dead Blocks is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Real-money purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can play without ever linking a cloud save. You can sign out of a cloud save in Settings at any time; the data stays on our server until you ask us to delete it. To delete your cloud account and everything attached to it (save, purchase history, clan membership, leaderboard entry), email us from the address you used at checkout, or tell us your username, and we will remove it within 30 days. Purchase records that we are legally required to keep for accounting may be retained longer.
Security
PINs are hashed, keys are kept off the game client, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't reuse a password you use elsewhere as your PIN.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and note it on the game's page.
Terms of Service
By playing Dead Blocks you agree to these terms.
The game
Dead Blocks is provided as-is and free to play. We may change, add or remove features, items, prices, missions or balance at any time, and we may take the game or its online features offline for maintenance or permanently. We will try to give notice for anything major, but we can't guarantee the game or your progress will be available forever.
Your account
You are responsible for your cloud username and PIN. Anyone who knows them can access your save. Pick a username that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate someone else and doesn't contain personal information; we may rename or remove usernames, clan names, tags and mottos that break this rule.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the game's network traffic or database calls, spam trades, or harass other players. We may reset progress, remove items, or suspend or delete accounts that do. Deliberately tampering with the store or purchase system will result in a permanent ban.
Purchases
Gems, mythic gems, coins and everything bought with them are virtual items that exist only inside Dead Blocks. They have no money value, can't be cashed out, and can't be transferred outside the game except through the in-game trading feature. Prices are shown before you pay and may change. Once a pack is delivered to your cloud account the purchase is complete.
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Your purchase is linked to the cloud username shown at checkout, so make sure you are signed in to the right account before buying; we can't move packs between accounts.
Refunds
If a pack you paid for never arrives, contact us with your username and the email you used at checkout and we will deliver it or refund it. Because virtual items are delivered immediately, we don't normally refund packs that have been delivered, but if you contact us within 14 days of an accidental purchase we will look at it case by case. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the items from that pack are removed from the account, and if they were already spent the balance goes to zero. Repeated chargebacks may result in the account being closed.
Trading and clans
Trades between players are final once delivered. We don't referee deals made outside the game. Clan leaders and officers can remove members at their discretion.
Content and ownership
Dead Blocks, its characters, art, code and name belong to its developer. You may record and stream the game freely.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for anything relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
